However, we understand that not every musician can easily visit a music store, and we recognise that not every music store can stock every possible product. If you cannot find Pure Acoustic products in your local area, then this webshop is for you.
We despatch worldwide by a tracked postal delivery service, so that we can be sure that your Pure Acoustic product will reach you speedily and in perfect condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Pure Acoustic product, please let us know within 7 days, and return it to us in good condition and in its original packaging. We will refund the purchase price in full as soon as we have received and examined your return.
